Service Description

Help your child improve their self-esteem and confidence by learning all about living a more positive life. Topics covered are : self-esteem, communication, safe online use, self-talk, positive thinking, problem solving, healthy friendships and more. 8 weeks in length. This session takes place over Zoom on Mondays and Thursdays.
